1. Can I send in a specific bottle directly?
Absolutely. First we ask that you reach out to us via message or email. We'll then check to see if we have your specific bottle already in our inventory (not everything makes it to our website). If not, we'll send you a mailing address and instructions on how to send your bottles to us to become a LiquorWicks candle.
2. How long does it take to create a LiquorWicks Candle?
Our Current Custom Candle Production time is 5-10 business days. We're constantly improving our production (and pre-making candles) as demand increases. After your candle is crafted, it will wait to "cure" before shipping (so the wax sets). We'll then pack and ship your order. All together, you can expect your LiquorWicks candle creation to be delivered in 2-3 weeks (on average). If you need an order rushed or expedited through the process, please message us for an additional charge to do so.
3. Does LiquorWicks have any Coupons or Sales?
Yes! We run sales, promotions and coupons all of the time. Be sure to check our Blog, Website and Instagram for the latest news, coupons and promotions. For the most up to date information on our sales, sign up for our newsletter. We don't spam and we only send deals and new candles for you to see.
4. Can I request a custom scent for my candle(s)?
While we prefer to stick to the fragrance options on our website (which change seasonally) - we do accept custom orders. Send us a message with exactly which bottle and scent you're looking for and we'll send you a custom price to create your exact candle. We have 100s of scents available for custom orders.
5. Is your website secure for online ordering?
Yes, LiquorWicks.com is powered by Stripe for our credit card processing. Stripe has bank level security and "swipes" your credit card vs saving your information. We also don't sell or distribute our customer information to anyone. We value our customers safety, security and privacy.

Custom Orders
Contact us with your custom order requests. If you have bottles that we currently do not have, we may request that you mail those bottles to us. We have 1000s of bottles in our warehouse, so contact us with any custom requests. We're here to help.

LiquorWicks is a Custom Liquor, Beer and Wine Bottle Candle manufacturer based in Fall River, MA. Our candles are "up-cycled" from local restaurants, bars and businesses that do not have bottle recycling programs. We use 100% eco-friendly soy wax in our products (when possible).
